Website Analytics

We use a self-hosted Plausible Analytics instance at analytics.productlair.com to understand aggregate traffic. Plausible is designed without cookies or persistent identifiers. It measures information such as page URLs, referral sources, browser and device categories, and approximate location. Raw IP addresses and full user-agent strings are not stored by Plausible. We use these reports to improve site content and do not use them for cross-site advertising profiles.

Email and Direct Contact

If you email us, we receive the address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond, investigate corrections, or handle the request. Do not send confidential account credentials or sensitive personal information.

External and Sponsored Links

SoftwareInspect links to vendor websites, documentation, review platforms, and other third parties. Those sites apply their own privacy policies. Some outbound links include campaign parameters so a vendor can identify SoftwareInspect as the referral source. Eligible commercial links are marked sponsored for search engines.

Retention and Disclosure

We retain direct correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for the request, record keeping, security, or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to protect the site and its users.
